Darn Dash!!!! Help!!!

Im doing a complete resto on a 1970 302 fastback. I got it all striped EXCEPT for the damn dash!!! Now i got the padded part off easy but the metal part under it im having trouble with it. i got the passenger side loose but i think im missing a bolt somewhere? Any help? Thanks!!
