Default 351 manifold question

Will a 351M manifold work on a Cleveland? Is it the water ports that are different? Thanks in advance.

You wouldn't want 351 M (Low Perf) on anything anyhow. Not performance parts.

Water ports are not the issue... the deck height and resulting valley width are the problem. Dean

Thanks Guys. I am not wanting it for a 351M/400. I have a Cleveland lined up and was just wanting to collect parts. A guy on tradio here in town has two Holly carbs and a aluminum manifold for a 351M for $200. The maninfold is not dual. He just has the two Holleys he is selling with the maninfold.

I have an M in a truck out back, a 4 barrel would be nice on it, 4x4's dig deeper holes to pull them out of that way.

No the manifold wont work, RSRXION is 100% correct. Its too wide to fit a cleveland. What you lookin for? A stock one or aluminum, 2v or 4v heads?

I have an older Edelbrock for my 2v, the Performer works good, and I have heard good things about the Offy intake too. They arent that bad price wise, check Jegs and Summit. I will look around and see if I can find anything up here for you. So far I have only found one other Cleveland guy, but the summer isnt here yet.

Thanks. It was spitting a little this morning and had a little accumalation over night. It is break up here now(I hope). Soon I will be working on the 68 I still have quite a bit of snow in the drive and yard. I have a plow for my 4 wheeler and have been pushing the snow around hoping the snow would melt faster. I just bought a Artic Cat Bear Cat snowmobile last week so the snow should melt away

Where are you? Cuz we havent had snow for almost three weeks. Im about a mile off Lake Superior and we get alot of lake effect, you even farther into the great white north, like Alaska? BTW its 60+ outside today, been doing some sandblasting and sanding on the 71, its getting closer to bare metal... stupid rust.
