Some progress and a color
Really haven't got to work on her nearly as much as I wanted to lately (ask my about a new pond in the back yard landscaping for the Mrs
) but did get to spend a few hours over the last few days, as you can see by the first pic the rad support had been pushed back about 2-1/4" at the worse spot

after some gentle nudging and tugging

Afterwards I have an even 39-7/8" side to side from firewall to back edge of the rad support. I don't really think it had been hit as in a wreck I really think just 40 years of abuse along with maybe tagging the garage wall here and there pushed it back. Don't really know but looks much better now don't you think. Maybe not totally perfect but pretty damn close.
Also have decided on a color went to Paintscratch.com and ordered 5 aresol cans each containing a color that I would consider for the 66'. Some were 66 and some 65 including the original 66 z code sauterene gold. Well after spraying each color in various locations around the vehicle the winner is......(opens envelope tells dumb joke from teleprompter)
65' I code Champagne Beige
Now if I can just get her to anywhere near ready for paint this decade I'll be pleased

not too bad, looks alot better than before did. Care to take the challenge of a friendly race? We can see which car is ready for paint first! You have alot less to go than me, but I can work on it every day... lol
Sure I don't mind. My time seems to be more and more limited every week. I would love to have about a month with nothing else going on to devote to her. Keep me posted it helps to keep me motivated.
