Default Paint color help...

I' m about a week from painting my car Acapulco blue, but i just came across an add on Texas muscle cars about a '69 mach1 with a color code that said: 65 Acapulco blue paint Ford # 3077A, so would this be a different kind of Acapulco blue that i don't know about.....it seems that the color is somewhat darker, or is just me.....any help out there....
Thanks

Photos in a magazine are a poor way to see a color. Three different photos of the same car under different lights and different film will all give a different color.

+1

as you can see, even in the pic, the rear of the car is near the window and light and the front is near a wall where it's darker and the paint seems to follow. the front is a darker shade and the rear seems to be lighter.you would have to go to a show and find them or a spray shop where they can show you the colors on metal.
