Default Rear Brake Drum ?

When installing the return springs on the primary and secondary shoe, there is a yellow one and a green one, and they look a little different but are the same length. Does it matter which goes to primary and which goes to secondary?

I'm talking about the ones that go on the anchor pin.

Thanks,
Rich

The yellow one goes on the side that your parking brake cable and your self adjuster lever is on... secondary shoe.

Thanks Hettar! OK, I just finished putting new wheel cylinders and brake shoes on the rear. Three questions.
1. I ended up with 2 flat washers- one out of each side- that fell on the floor when I was disassembling the brakes. Were these important and where did they go? I know, I'm an idiot for not paying attention.
2. What are these tinnerman nuts that I'm supposed to have to remove... maybe I did it and just didn't know it.
3. The big hole in the wheel mounting plate that has the studs in it- does that have to be oriented a certain way to the drum? Sorry I don't know the correct terminology.

So do you mean on the anchor pin between the brake shoes and the adjuster cable eye?
