I know that Headers are SUPOSED to make more power but what other advantages do the Headers provide over the HiPo exsaust maininfolds?
Which lets say gets BETTER gas mileage?

 

Well, anytime you can make your engine flow better, such as adding headers, it will make it more effecient. I don't really know how much more headers will get you over stock HiPo exhaust manifolds. If I had a K code car though, I would sure not be thinking about changing me original hipo manifolds to aftermarket headers.

 

Well the car came with these headers...the guy put them on anlong with a torquer two intake. Now He has the original Intake but he dosen't have the mainifolds..

 

your intake is a single plane,this motor must be built with racing in mind. dual plane is considered the morn for street use.

 

headers add a very noticable amount of hp.... At least mine did.
