Default 67 coupe for sale

Hey guys. Someone is selling a 67 coupe in my area for 5,000. I haven't seen it, but my parents just rode by and said it needs some work. We dont know the engine or anything like that... I think it's a rip off. unless its a Hipo, or GT 390, or has something special on it. What do you guys think? of course i will ride up there in my stang, which is nicer, and i only paid 2,000 for it. lol.

That seems a reasonable price if the engine runs, interior is in good condition, and the body needs lil work and has a nice paint job to match. Along with minimal rust. I paid $2900 for my coupe, with no front body parts. All said and done It's costed me about $4000-5000. But I need to get it painted, and do some mods + accessories. But hey, at least I can say I fixed it up and I've learned more about cars this way than any other way.
