Default Brake parts help

so i had my car inspected and it looks like i need a couple of things for my brakes.

Heres whats wrong and what they need:

rear wheel cyclinders are leaking bad. front brakes are at 5%. front adjuster cables are broken.

so what i was looking for was how much for parts because they quoted me 650 for everything. im guessing thats probably alot. so i dont want to waste money. and where could i get the parts, autozone? thanx for any help.

i would buy a disc setup for the front about 800 and get some new rear wheel cylinders and shoes for the rear! and the car will be a whole lot safer! make sure to get a conversion with a dual resevior master cylinder if u dont have one already!

i would if i could but my only option is to repair. i have no money to be spending right now. my old car was stolen so i bought my mustang, but it left me with no money. so later i will be buying stuff like that but for nows its just to try and get it running.
