How much horsepower does it take to get our old stangs in the Low 13's to High 12's?

I know tires and suspension also have alot to do with it but i mean just in general.

Think this is accurate? I cant imagine 350 hp getting mid 12's, unless it was whp. My 69 Mach 1 is around 3,400 pounds correct?
