Obviously, we bunch of mutton heads can't answer your question. Just call the DMV in your area and ask the question. Every state is different.

front license plates are not a requirement here in new orleans. and it's also legal to pick up a daquiri from the drive-thru window, as long as you dont put the straw in it until you get home. bahaha!

It is a requirement in Cali however I was never stop for it..but in the neighborhood were I live the parking enforcement persons they tiket for no front licence
