Yep, Ol' Yeller is definitely worth 20K now. Dang, I guess I ought to wait a few more years, then sell my buddy for 25K. I still slap Ol' Yeller on the dash pad when she gets me home safe and without incident though. We get attached to thes old cars, don't we? Money can't replace that attachment.

I think a well done coupe is a classy car. It's also a car that doesn't scream "race me". There is a lady who lives near me with a '65 289 coupe she's had since new. Her husband has kept it pristine through all the years. Really cool to watch her tooling around the block. I don't think she'll ever part with it.

So what are you thinking of doing Glen? You've all ready moved to the country, built a pond, taught your nephew some defensive driving skills.
What's next on the old Glen scope?

For sure, I have put allot of work into my 66.. I think sometimes a close friend of mine just does not get it. Thinks I spend too much money on her. He has a radiator cover on his camaro that you can get a chrome one to replace it. He tells me "that's too much money".. We are talking about $20!!! Oh well, to each his own I guess.. I just believe if you're going to do it right, spend the money and give it you're best to do so.

I love my Mustang and it would take allot to get me to sell her. Well, maybe $25,000 would do it

Yeah, I was tempted to put it on Ebay, but then drove it to town and back, and said "NO" to myself. She's my old buddy.

Yeah, that is about the prettiest yellow I have seen on a classic. I agree about the wheels though. Just not right for that car. The wheels should never take away from the beauty of the car. Those do........
