I cant argue with you on the 06 grill...... I love it, just not on my 65 =)

IMHO I think what really makes the difference on the old mustangs is fog lights........ But as stated above different strokes for differnt folks

yes. The only thing i want to do to my front end is maybe a R-model apron, and GT fog lights. I LOVE THE FOG LIGHTS!!!

If I had the GT setup I may have left it alone but, I don't.. When I have the 65 grill and the new running pony on it, I think you guys will like the look..

The only thing That might look odd about that set up is the 65 grill is set back into the car a good bit and it slightly angled downward. The factory horse is spaced out away from the grill about 2 inches maybe more....I didnt go look. So I really dont know how it would look maybe good.........Ill have to wait and see i guess =)

I think the set back would look good, I'm not using the stock horse from 1965. I purchased a horse that fits on the 2006 to mount flush on it. So, it should have a nice look to it.. I should have the grill in about a week or so and the horse about the same time. I'll post some pics when its all done. I just installed super white housings and bulbs and they look great... They have daytime running lights in them just like the BMW's that runs around the perimeter. Look very cool.... I'll post some pics of them tomorrow..
