Default 1972 351W balancer/flexplate

Hey guys, I'm new to the site and looking for help on this. I have a 1972 351W I am stroking to a 408 for my 1968 Mustang GT. I don't know what balancer/flexplate combo to run. I think it is 28 oz. for both????? The motor has an Eagle forged crank, Probe SRS forged piston, MGP billet aluminum rods, Trick Flow main girdle, Arp main studs, Clevit 77 main and rod bearings. Also is the number of teeth on the Flexplate of much importance?? Thanks for your help.
