I just looked at the schematic. The blue/orange for the right side and the green/orange for the left side are on there own plug coming off of the steering column. You should able to unplug there and keep all of you inputs plugged in so you can check for voltage on the output of the column.

I got her fixed. And we were right....it was the orange and blue wire that was severed right above the emergency brake handle. I guess the last time I used the emergency brake, I somehow cut it. So, after splicing it back together, everything works now. There is a very small resistor in the line right where my thumb is at. Does anybody know why that is necessary? My knowledge of electronics 101 went south years ago. I used that plastic strapping thing to get that harness out of the way of the E brake. You guys check that wiring right above the E brake and see if it is hanging near the E brake. What should have been a 10 minute job, took me almost 2 hours to find it. Thanks for all the input. Now, I need to go get a flat fixed on my golf cart. Projects never end..........

That may be a butt splice and not a resistor. There should not be any resistors in there.

That's what I thought too. However, it is really a little bitty resistor. Maybe I will take it out and see if that changes anything.
