Default Tire size

I apologize in advance if this topic has already been beaten to death...
I've got the 14x6 styled steel wheels on my '67 (see photo) and want to get some new tires. I know I want BF Goodrich Radial T/As, and I think I want 235/60 R14s. Anybody have any thoughts or opinions on a good size for the 14" wheels? The tires in the photo are 205/75, and in my opinion, they look too tall and too skinny. I want a classic muscle car look, but I don't want to venture into redneck territory, hehe... Thanks!

Default RE: Tire size

we have 235 60 14's on our stang, with the gears(stock high gearing, probably 3:1) they grip good and strong, and they look pretty good
