well i got my headers and exhaust stuff in the mail last week and don't start my job with ford (that's right with ford baby[8D]) tell next monday so I'm thinking i should work on my car all week. i tried to install my headers last night but i was having some trouble getting them down in there (driver side haven't tried the pass. side yet) i removed the starter but so such luck

You have to get under the car and push them upwards. The car has to be pretty high off the ground too.

Loosen the motor mount on one side (take the long bolt out if its that style) and then use a floor jack to jack the engine up (use a strong section to jack from and 2x4 wood section long wise to reach say along the oil pan lip) on the same side as the loose motor mount.

There should be enough flex to get the few inches you need to slide the header in on that side.

Do the same for the other side.

Do be careful.
