Default 1969 fastback quarterpanel replacement

Can someone tell me how to replace a quarterpanel on a 69 mustang fastback. Also are the aftermarket quarterpanels good presicision fitting products. I cant figure out how to change this I dont know if you go from inside or out and I cant find splices on the roof thank you for any data or reference material.

Here's how you do it on a coupe, but the basic idea is the same for a fastback.

If you Buy the aftermarket quarter panels make sure there made in the USA.
They fit much better than the ones made in Tiawan or China
