Almost bought another stang yesterday..
So I'm looking for a "daily driver" while I fix up the devil. I see on craigslist a foxbody convertible for sale and I go look at it, test drive it etc. I'm pulling my wallet out to pay for the car, and decided to take out a bill and check the mufflers. I put the bill on the drivers side muffler--no problem. Then I go to the passengers side (it's a 5.0 V8) and the damn thing nearly sucked the enitre bill into the muffler! I pulled it out and it's covered with oil. I quickly shook the guys hand and left. The search continues....
Basically, the piston expells exhaust out of the tailpipe. This one was sucking the exhaust back into the engine, which is bad. It was also pushing out a ton of oil, which I'm sure is also bad.
