Radiator fan on backwards?

Radiator fan on backwards?
Decided to add a 1/2" spacer to the fan while the family was out of town so as not to be distracted on this simple project. However, after installing the spacer and fan, I was overwhelmed with a sense of doofus...is the fan on backwards now? See the pic below and comment please...

LOL...I thought so much...I compared it with an old pic of the fan which was on differently but wasn't sure if the fan was on right before...well, back at it again...thanx for the quick reply...
By the way...I liked your first pre-edited response. Thought you reversed the letters in "is" intentionally as a joke.

Re-installed the fan the correct way this time!!!! Picture below for the next person who has a doofus moment and needs a visual....
