happy birthday!
i remember when i turned 16, i had to wait a week to get my license cause my parents had work. i didnt take the class, i didnt take a test, my parents signed off on everything, i practically learned to drive on the way to school the next day. ive had 2 tickets already for reckless driving and speeding. im surprised i still have my license.
anyways, happy birthday again.
