HEY, i was just wonerin ive been lookin onlline at engines for stangs, i got a 68 coupe 302. I was wantin to like not soon but enevtually liek long ways away maybe get a new engine due to excesive problems i have seen a few with liek 480 hp i was aimin for sumtn liek that sence its not ny time soon cash is not an issue please post links and ideas for fun thanks for bearin with my typing

You want a 480hp 302? I'd concentrate on building the chassis to hold the power (axle, suspension, tranny, driveshaft, and subframe connectors at least).

You could also build up an FE series engine that make a lot more torque and be more streetable that a high horse 302.

Either way, Summit Racing and Coast High Performance are two good companies for Ford crate engines.

What problems are you having with your existing engine?
