Default HOOD SITTING WIERD

earlier today i got the front end of my 66 fb put back together and the hood is off, its really wierd, the front of it is all line up untill about 1/2 way back the it sits WAY to low, im talking like an inch below the fender. anybody know whats causing this? i coudnt get a camera today, but ill get one tomorrow and post pics

Is it a stock steel hood or fiberglass or a cheap repro hood? Did you replace the inner fenders in the front? Sounds like either a poorly formed hood (if it isn't stock) or mis aligned hinges.

did you replace the hood bumpers? with out these the hood would be low also.........don

im missing some hood bumpers and its the stock hood from 66'

Did you let a fat chick sit on it? I have a strict "no fat chicks" policy. Just throwin that out there to help you figure out what the problem is.
