Front bumper guards. There are all chrome ones with a black bumper pad, then paint to match ones and I think chrome ones w/out bumper pad.

Good friggin question I just pulled my 65 in the garage and was lookin at it from behind and one of those is old w/ bad chrome i was like wtf is that called!?

A little off topic, but I LOVE the way the window looks in the back in place of the louvers.. I think I may wany to do something like that on my 68, I'm torn.

They are bumper guards. They are available everywhere. New for about 30 bucks a pair. Front and rear are different as are left and right. That's it, that's what they are and how much. Now go get 'em!
