White car, black vinyl top, black interior 100+ texas days, traffic. Cry more

at least its white and doesnt absorb most of the heat a dark car would
Yeah, but that black top is like a heat absorbent panel. Get an air conditioner.
my windows open IS my A/C. but having a white car is beyond the point, my 90 is white, its still f-ing hot, ya know why? ITS TEXAS! you other texans should know, we hav 2 seasons: Hot, and Hell.

So, you have a 60-4 airconditioner, huh? Drive 60 miles an hour and roll down all 4 windows.

I've got fairly good AC in my '65, but it has to work hard when it must compete with the Florida sun shining through untinted windows and a black vinly interior soaking up the heat.

I spent all day driving in my nice air conditioned vehicle, then had to change to a black interior with vinyl seats. I'm not ashamed to sit on a towel either! It was hot but being on the ocean means there was a breeze, even at 88 degrees, though those red light stops seemed to take hours, not minutes.

With the high humidity and 90 degree weather due for the next week, I think my baby will sit in a cool garage until the weather breaks.
