Default suspension question

soon, meaning the next 2 or 3 months, i am going to replace the suspension. so my question is, whats the best bang for the buck? i have heard of the grab-a-trak suspension kit, but whats so different between that, and a kit i could get from dallas mustang for cheaper?

I just put the whole Mustangs Plus Grab a Track kit in this past Spring. I had the original 40 year old suspension on there. The Grab a Track is much better (stiffer, heavier duty) than stock, and is a great bang for the buck. If you're track racing, there are better kits (Maier) but cost more. I bought the FULL Grab a track kit w/ steering rebuild and its so much better than it was its hard to even put it in words. It used to feel like the car was going to wash out from under me on turns. Now its like a new car. 1 inch lowering front coil 620s and mid eye rear (4 1/2 leaf) plus upper, lower control arms, tie rods, etc and heavier sway bars. Can't go wrong. Use KYB shocks.

This has been discussed ad nauseum. Do a search. It is generally agreed that the grab-a-track is the best bang for the buck.
