Default Convertible Top Problem...where to start?

I have a sixty six and the top did nothing -this happened one time before, and I had someone give it a little lift while I held the button up, and the top went up.Today-nothing-where should I start? Is it a fuse? Could it be the switch? Before taking the back seat out and checking the pumps, what do I do? I have not noticed any leaks from the pump area.Any help is appriciated Thanks Scott

Buy this manual. It tells you everything you need to know.
