Default Tire sizing help

hey
I just bought a pair of Mickey Thompson Indy Profile tires for my 1969 mustang. I have a 14x 7 inch rim. Do you think these tires that i bought will fit the car or should i return them before i mount them? Also, do you think they will look stupid or will they fit the car well? CLICK HERE
Thanks

Just about any white letter raised tire looks good on these old cars.

Oh yeah, i love the white lettering on the muscle cars. I made sure the tires had the white lettering on them before i bought them. Even on the cars from the 50's the white wall tires added so much to the look of the car. My questions was do you think that the tires would fit and i wouldnt have a problem with them rubbing. I think they will fit, but i was wondering if anyone had tires this size on their stang, and how they fit. I just dont want to mount them to the rims yet becuase if they dont fit, the company says they wont take back anything that looks like its been mounted. Also will they look bad on a 14x7 rim? Will they bulge to much?
Thanks

I have spent a bazillion hours on the internet robbing every bit of free information that I can to help us old Classic Mustang owners get all the information we need to keep our old classics running. In the FAQ, you will notice a section completely devoted to wheel and tire fitment charts. One of our members dedicated himself to gathering all the information needed to decide which tire and wheel will fit your car. http://www.dodgestang.com/mustang.htm
