Value
I agree with tylerdru, and that you should keep it (if your situation allows).
However, not so sure about the investment part...
In my experience, the "equity" that I put into the car doesn't equate to an equal or greater increase in the overall value of the car. (But I've gotten pretty good at mentally forgetting that part!)
Just ask anyone who has spent upward of $30,000 restoring their car only to finally part with it for $15k-$20k. Just the cost of enjoying your hobby, I guess.

Regarding values, I often see S Code 67 and 68 Coupes on ebay not selling for all that much. I'm keeping an eye on this one as an example:
ebay s code
In my opinion, this car is worth soem dough, but they don;t seem to fetch too too much more than standard coupes. This will probably go for 15k or so. That's a great buy in my opinion. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong, maybe it will go for 20+k, but I watch these all the time and they seem to go for 15ish...pretty good buy for a stock 300+HP car, and it is rare. You don't see that many original 390 coupes...
Sometimes I think if I had it to do over again, I'd just buy one like this instead of having dumped all the dough into restoring my 289 Convertible...

hey thanks for the replies. i really appreciate. sorry i didnt realize i was dumb enough to not put the motor. its the inline 6 cyl unfortunatly. yes, i also agree the times are pretty bad. eagle rims. but they came with the car. however i think it adds a little to the looks. i think its also been lowered a little. everything runs smooth after the carb is readjusted. no problems with the car, never had any problems. i swear this thing is so damn reliable. i think everything on this car is stock and original. except i think the stero which i left in that doesnt work is a modern casset but retro kind of because it had the ***** like the original. backseat has a tear which sucks. pretty much all i can say i guess. just stock. ill get more pics if you guys like.
