Default Remflex exhaust man. gaskets

I just saw these in the latest Muscle Car Enthusiast. They offer graphite gaskets for different applications and are supposed to help eliminate exhaust leaks especially with headers. They are thick and have 50% crush. Well I tried one on my driver side tri y and it worked so far. No more tick, tick, tick, tick..... Hopefully they continue to work and last awhile. Oh and make sure to order the correct ones. They have 289's listed with oval ports. So I ordered the square ports listed for 302 and they were correct for my 289. This is the part # i ordered ( RF3003 )

Thanks for the tip. I think I'll give them a go.
Whats the story with the oval port v square port? Do you have standard 289 heads?
