Default Laugh at the newbie posting a pic!

Okay. Newbie here. I'm going to attempt to post a pic of the 67 Mustang Convertible I just bought. Any thoughts? Wanna play attack the newbie?

I paid ONE BILLION DOLLARS for it!

Seriously, I paid $7800 for it. It needs some work. Top is in great condition. Interior is solid but needs work. Probably new carpet. I need to change the brakes over from drums to discs (according to my newest best friend, 67Sally). Needs a new paint job, which you can't tell from the photo. Needs transmission work and probably some carb work. I wanna add power steering and hopefully A/C because even though it's a vert, the temps in Arkansas this time of year are REE-diculous (high of 103 today).

It's had some restoration done to it, however, it does need some work. BTW, I bought this car for my wife. She turns 40 in March and so does the car. I'm holding it in storage for 7 months and plan on giving it to her for her birthday. She mentioned one time how she thought it would be cool to have a mustang from the year she was born. SO KEEP THIS ON THE DOWN-LOW!!! If anyone tells her, I'll send a virus to your computer that will wipe your harddrive clean, make all of your hair fall out, and open up a black hole behind your house that will consume everything you own that is within 100 yards of it.

Here are a few more pics. BTW, I am TOTALLY new to mustang ownership. There is so much to learn. I've rebuilt my 83 Honda CX 650C motorcycle a few times. I rebuilt the engine on a 79 Chevy Malibu about 15 years ago. So I'm not totally new to this resto stuff but definitely no where NEAR an expert.

Looks like you have a saggy rear end. Or is it parked on an incline?

$7800?? That's a great price for that car. Welcome to the forums by the way.
