Default HiPo engine

I may have found a HiPo engine for sale in the netherlands not all that easy, i was wondering if somebody could tell me what to look out for to make sure it good it is meant to be recently rebuild and is from a garage. But any advice would be most helpful also did the HiPo have any different running gear than an A code or C code mustang to cope with the increased power?

Cheers

Paddy
