I just purchased new carpet from paddock parts for my 65 coup i was planning on spraying dupli color truck bed spray to seal any cracks is this ok to spray on the floorpan ?

 

first, what kind of cracks are we talking about, noticeable size metal cracks or not just picture perfect floor pans?put down some por 15, it will seal and protect if it gets a little wet. did you get new backing and insulation or just carpet? just curious. we need pics of these cracks
