cause i need my car to drive so i need a the 289 i have in it right now and since the 289 and 302 block are practically the same i was gunna do up the 302 but i thought bout the 351 and i just wanted some input

You can get this 347 for less than $4500 about 430hp and 440 ft/lb torque sorry the pic is so blury I will get better ones later

You could spend the money on making the 351 a 408 and stay mild with the other mods. For a daily driver you would have a lot of torque and not have your head under the hood every weekend.

A 347 would work very well. Plus, your front accessories will bolt right up. Swapping to a 351 will require new accessory brackets.

i love my 351. You can get these things up to like 500HP if you have the money. Then drop a supercharger on that and you'll have some serious go....but anyway,lol, the 289 and 302 are so similar its not really worth it IMO. good luck with whatever you choose.

P.S. If you plan to pump out like over 400HP, think about upgrading your drivetrain
