Default 1970 fastback electrical problem

ok i need some help. I have a 70 fastback without the original motor in it. it is a built 289. i bought it that way. the car needs a few things to be road worthy. interior, and gauges. i am looking at putting in the jme enterprises gauge pod. http://jmeenterprises.com/69dash.shtml i need to know what kind of electrical set-up i am looking at running to get this car on the road. all i need for electrical is to run the dash lights, headlights, radio. how will this set-up go into my car since painless does not make a wiring kit for it. also the car will be set up with a 625 with an electric choke. any help hooking this up will be gerat. thank you
