Looks Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing sleepy about that when the hood is opened.. That thing screams "I LOVE CHROME" right in your face. You could be deaf and hear it. Sleeper is something that doesnt look like it will move, no aluminum lookin heads, and stock lookin everything.. Nothin about that is stock.. It is way too cool to be stock..
Get a battery in there and post up a vid of you startin it up.. You want to make the younger guys drool and the older guys reminsce

I gave that some thought with the fuel line. I think I'm going to do that after I get her running, hell I have gone this far.. As to the dip stick, that was a late night install and I think that may just clear, need to check it.. Thanks!

Looking good!
When you get a chance, you might want to make up a steel line to go from your fuel pump to the carb. Be careful closing that hood! Will your transmission dip stick clear? Looks pretty tall.
Of course with an engine/engine compartment that pretty, who wants to cover it up [sm=bounceybounce.gif]
Nice work amigo!

I loved them when I saw them on ebay and they were a great deal for $27!! Here's the link Wire Looms
These sandwich the wires between two pieces of polished aluminum (I clear coated them with intake clear). You can find them in chrome but, not worth $75..

That looks amazing, man. I love the spark plug wire organization. Where would I find those pieces at (looks like a braket type thing attaces on the valve cover or something). GREAT WORK tho. As mojoe said, ultimate sleeper.

Yup, I'm all worked up to get her running!! Hoping I don't run into any problems and it runs as good as she looks.. It does have the BLING BLING going on under the hood, at the shows it should draw allot of attention! With the exception of the block and crank, EVERYTHING is brand new right down to every bolt..
It looked good prior to all this work but, I wanted to go the full boat when I started this project. Always wanted to deck out an engine this way but, never could afford to do it in the past.

Exhaust? You don't need no stinkin' exhaust. Just slap on a couple 3' pipes and hear that puppy roar.

Well, all I need to do is hook up the battery and exhaust and she's ready to come to life!!

I just found out that in the documentation it states NOT to break in a new engine with the Headmen headers mounted or it voids the warranty!! I already have them mounted[:@]
I am in awe of that engine compartment it looks great and you have completed a tough task. You should be extremely happy with your progress and good luck firing her up!!!!
