why is my horn button under my dash?

The regular horn probably quit working and some bright person put one under the dash.

In the center of the steering wheel.

thanks soaring, i have a camero steering wheel now, how hard is it to replace the steering wheel

No biggie. You will need the wheel and the horn mechanism to include the horn ring. You can buy those parts at any mustang supply place. Some guys prefer the fatter Grant type steering wheel, but if you want the original style wheels you can get those too.

did someone switch oput the whole column cause i think the gm steering spline is different than fords

since your getting a new wheel and your horn has already been relocated, get a muscle car wheel, something like what i have, i just wish someone had relocated my horn instead of just deleting it.

NOTE: my steering wheel isnt on wrong, its just parked but my wheels are turned.

i really like the original look but ive been hunting a aftermarket one but none ive found i like. the one on mine now looks similar to that atom but it has gm stamped on the inside and has a camero horn cap
