Default Frame Rail

Has anybody ever put together one of these complete replacement frame rail. As you can see, i've got it clamped toghether where it looks to be right, but there's got to be another way to verify how this inner and outer frame weld together. Thoughts....

Gotta mock up the entire fron end unless you built a jig for it. Cant have one rail higher than the other, at a different angle in any direction attached to the car..

Have you thought about a full tube chassis? Alston and Jegs sell them for like $650... You arent far from going that route, ever want a pro streeter?
