are the parts interchangeble as far as carpet

I don't think they are but I am not 100%
I no convertible are different

 

Fastback parts will fit the coupe except for full quarter panels, rear window, trunklid and most trunk edge pieces. If you happen to find any full quarters let me know. The rest of them is pretty much the same. So if you want the Mach1 interior, you can put it in. The hood and tail light panel are easy swaps too.
