Close, but not quite.
I saw a 1965 fastback original Ford production drag car sell on eBay. Last time I looked the bid was close to 2 million.

Nope. This was a couple months ago. The description said it was one of a few factory drag cars made. It had some historical race information about it but I don;t remember the specifics. I do remember it had a 427 SOHC in it and the whole car was super clean like a concours car.

The picture I saw was an orange one.
Wouldn't a 66 coupe go with a 427 sohc !
Look out 426 hemi boys !
This be the one I'm guessing.

I was quite surprised to see a spare tire in the back... Just seems to conflict with the thought of a "School of High Performance Driving" vehicle.

Museum...Race Car...Spare Tire?
