well i get quite a few looks when im driving around but not that many girls at my school like the whole old car thing and the girl ive been after for awhile now i just found out likes the whole ricer thing and she hates the way my car sounds(loud and muscular like a real muscle car) so im about to give up on her and try to find som1 who is more into the older cars

 

Yes indeed, "Whats your sign" went out in the 70s.. for good reason.. Now "When is your birthday?" opens up many more doors and puts the conversation where it should be, on her.. The easiest way to get someone to like you is to get them talking about themselves. So instead of talking about "My awesome mustang" you can then talk about what SHE likes.. Go with "What do you like? rather than "Do you like my car?" see the difference? If you know when the dates are for the signs, all you need is her birthday. You dont even have to go there if you dont want to, but you can always find out if she follows that stuff. most women do to a point, and some will not even talk to you if they think you arent compatable, wierd I know.. lol.

Well enough dating advice.. you guys need to learn some of it the hard way like I did.. If she dont like your car, that doesnt mean you cant date her.. Once they get educated in what is really cool, they can and will change thier minds. Women do that often, if you dont know already you soon will...

 

when i pull into my highschool parkinglot(im a senior) i tend to get LOTS of attention...the mustang always gets more attention then the nova (just barely)...and everyone just laughs at the mercedes

Since I finished my 65 FB, my wife has no worries about the babes - she says that I have a real "guy magnet" after seeing how many guys come up to me to talk about the car.

 

I had an old fat 60 yeqr old thing one time come up to ask me about my Mach, but I don't believe I have ever had a woman (girl) want to be in my 65. Pretty good reason,huh? Hint......it's not the car, and I took astrology in college.

 

I like to think that the girl friends I had back in my younger days who rode around in my 70 Mach think about me whenever they see the latest editon cruising down the road. Espcially when they see a legend Lime one.

 

Girls around here dont much care for old mustangs. Guys also for that matter. They are always telling me, my car is falling apart..... and im like, wtf are you talking about? Ignorant people. Oh yea, Today i learned from a punk that a 67 mach one is fast( HAHA) and that a shelby could beat my mustang. I told him, first off, there's no such thing as a 67 mach one, and his friend said, It's a 69. Then im like, YEAH, I KNOW A SHELBY is fast. Plus, they asked what engine mine had, (even with the side emblems) and i told them 289. Then one asked if it was a 6 cylinder....... BUT, they know more then me. I do know one friend of mine, said she would give me $5,000 and...... cough, "some fun." I cant really say more, but lets say it was a very tempting offer, if you guys know what i mean. So a FEW girls still like old cars, but just a few.

 

That "Some fun" would probably be a world record with that offer. Try Tijuana or Juarez, Mexico for a little more realistic "some fun" price.
