I have the Edelbrock Performer with 600cfm Edelbrock carb. Just got my Lunati cam and lifter kit and they run great together. Not sure you need to match cam and intake so much as getting the right combination. As for heads, I know if you go to Summit Racing, they have complete kits from a number of manufacturers. For me, I stuck a set of Windsor heads on and the engine runs hard.

get gt-40 heads! some say go weiand if you want a little bit more perforamance, it gets a little more then the rpm but im sure it cost more then its worh performance wise. only about 5hp so you should check prices. BTW i have the Performer RPM and i really like it, its a big change form the basic performer to the RPM. Now i want the air gap rpm

For heads just spring for the AFRs or TFS heads. Keep it a dual plane on that small of an engine, and a mild cam will really wake it up. not as mild as the performer cam, its tiny.. barely notice it and it will leave you wanting more...
