my stuff came! along with a one size fits all Jegs hat and 2 stickers........

im taking off next friday - monday so i can rent an engine hoist and get all my stuff in. along with a torque converter, new gears maybe, ect.



and yes, i went and bought how to rebuild a small block ford, very good book i must admit, alot better then haynes.

If you plan to do that much work in 4 days you need some friends, and lots of caffiene, chips and Pizza. Please be careful and work safe!

me, my dad, and 2 of my friends, not all at the same time, but oe all the time, i also dont plan on much bathing or leaving the garage. im getting a 24 pack of coke and $40 for pizza.

Are you getting any machine work done? ie HotTanking align boring etc. You might want to consider not so much of a marathon session
to be sure your rebuilding on a solid and square base. I would just hate to see all that hard work and money go down the tube. But good luck with whatever you decide.

im going to start disconnecting everything next week and ill pull it around wednesday, and start i dont plan on getting it machined on account of money, im just going tot give it a good cleaning and putting all my new pieces in it.

Yeah, and if you want to save some money, you don't have to get it align bored, just get it tanked machined and have the crank polished or ground if needed. If the crank need work, I would not go more then .005 - .010 MAX..
