Default Old wheels back on

I decided to put the old wheels and hub caps back on Ol' Yeller just to see what it looks like. I had forgotten since I put the Mag 500's on it several years ago. Now, you guys can't tease me about not having an original 65.

So is this considered:

de-restomoding
un-restomoding
re-stocking
de-restifying

a previous restomod?

Looks good. I still like the look of them I ran my "yellow beast" with the original hubcaps and ww tires for years. Tried the chrome dishs for a while and really didn't like the looks. Next I ran the repro wires for a while, I really like the look, but kept loosing them while on the road. After replacing two and then loosing another I gave up and finally went the five lug conversion route and replaced the steel rims and wires with the styled wheels.

No, it's considered putting the original wheels back on.

Thanks Scott. She and I are going to Houston again this weekend. That's a 3 hour drive from my house, so no biggie. She keeps up with the big boys on the interstate, and I get a lot of thumbs up. I'll be playing in a golf tournament with my son in Brenham on Friday, then tuba in my brother's community band on Saturday. Busy weekend coming up.

Soaring I am diggin the white sidewalls! Honestly, I think putting the hubcaps back on and replacing the 500's looks better! 3 hour drive should be a nice little cruise in ol'yeller.
