overflow tank?...

i got a billet overflow tank and theres 2 fitting on the bottom. 1 goes to the radiantor and the other goes????

umm one should go to the ground i thought and it had a valve or something look it up

The other is the overflow tank's overflow outlet. I put a cheap filter on the end of it to keep road grime from getting in.
