Default strang sounds from FL

A while back i lowered my car with the 620 inch drop springs and put on the granada swap, and now there is this odd sounds almost like a loose bolt but there isn't anything that ive checked or that i could think of that could be cuasing this sound. I was wondering if anyone has had the problem and how they fixed it?

wow, thats pretty vague. your loose bolt sound could be comin from the trunk lid for all we know. Try and be a bit more discriptive, front or rear of the car would be a good place to start.
