Default repro chrome



Hi everyone, I am new here and I am thrilled to find a place dedicated to my favorite subject! I have a 1965 coupe that I am in the process of replacing the chrome (most of it anyway)for the third time in 5 years.My question is, does anyplace have chrome parts worth the time it takes to install them? I have bought from the large mustang suppliers and I have used both repro and so called original parts and so far they have all been junk! I have park light and back-up light housings for example,that are less than a year old that look as bad as the 35 year old units that I replaced.</P>

Your best bet is to get orginal parts in great shape. Try swap meets or that E-hay place there is a lot of mustang shops here in the sac Ca area that have used parts in great condition

ebay, look for vintage ford shops, they're scattered throughout the states
