In 1965, the US Army tested Ford's prototype main battle tank aptly named the Mustank. Unfortunately the idea was scrapped in favor of the Chieftan tank which got better gas mileage.

Yeah, I have a lot of time on my hands only because I'm not working on my Mustang. Someone else is. But that isn't reason for the post which took me only a minute to google the pictures.

BTW, you can build your own Mustank from parts off of eBay. You can probably find ex-Soviet parts on eBay for cheap.
