Not unless you are going to tear the engine all the way down. You can then take the block to a machine shop and have it cleaned.

thats what i am doinging, taking it COMPLETELY apart. all the way down to nothing but just the block.

how much would it cost?

We send all our blocks out to get cleaned they get jet blasted baked and tombled blasted. we get them back looking like a new bare block. Ready for machining paint and building at a cost of $65.00
