Default Modern Rims

Does anybody know if '05 and up mustang rims will fit on a classic mustang, a '65. If so what are the spacing and offset requirements. I know that 94-04 will fit with .5 inch up front, and 1 inch in the rear. But if anybody has any info on the new rims it would be appreciated, thanks.

I have the v6 model `05 wheels on my 67` for the time being. The front needs a good 1 1/4 spaced out for it to work but mine still barely rubs in sharp right hand turns. The rear will bolt right up. For the time being this is working for me but I plan on some correct 15's in the future. I dont like having to space only the fronts out...

Thanks about the correction for the spacing for the 94-04, I guess I was told wrong. But another question, is it possible to fit 17's without having them rub?

U mean the 17's off of the 05 or 06's correct? Yes, you can make them not rub but in my case I will have to take a notch out of some metal. Although it is spaced out 1 1/4(already a pretty far spacing), the outer tread lightly grabs at the "frame flange". Im not exactly sure what it is called but it appears to be a flange that sticks out about an inch. I will just notch out about the size of a nickel or quarter and reweld it shut.

I'm going to guess that for the older 17's its the same case, thanks for the info.
