I am trying to find an idler arm bushing replacement, but not having any luck.

I have the GT quick steering idler arm on my 66 (manual steering) that has a 1 1/4" hole, but can only find bushings that are 1 - 1 1/8". Any suggestions where I can find one or has anyone run into this problem?

have you tried Cobra Automotive? I bought a quick steer kit with roller bearing idler arm from there
